Our Mission
I created the Hate Crime Awareness campaign in the city of Long
Beach to combat and bring awareness to hate crimes in the city, and
to help bring awareness to the services offered to the victims of a
Hate Crime by connecting victims with those services.
My first task was the creation of stickers, flyers, billboards, bus
and bus stop signs, and to create presentations for high schools,
colleges and
other groups to bring awareness and to eliminate Hate Crimes.
The fact that the name of my organization is not regional did not
occur to me, and as such, over the past year and a half, I have
received numerous emails from victims all across the country and
have helped them to find support services in their local areas.
It has always been my firm belief that "ONE is too many!" The
MORE you report, the MORE we can help! I will continue to do
what I can to help support victims at every opportunity, before and
after they are victimized.
